New Year, Re(New) Membership

It is time to renew your NYCRHCC membership for 2020.
If you are not already a member, fill out the forms below and become a part of the Hispanic Chamber!

This year we signed an agreement with Hudson Valley Community College allowing us to provide Scholarship funds for 2nd year students. This was possible because we did very well in our 2018 FIESTA. In 2019, FIESTA2 was successful in generating funds that are earmarked for 2020 scholarships, among other educational programs.

In the photo above representatives of the Hispanic Chamber and HVCC are signing the scholarship agreement. Left to right, are Regina LaGatta, HVCC Foundation; Dr. Roger Ramsammy, college president; Diane Nickerson, Chamber Board Secretary and Director Castle Island Bilingual Montessori; Laudelina Martinez, Chamber president and owner Martinez Gallery; and Karen Ferrer-Muniz, Chamber Board member and dean at HVCC.

Update for Businesses

The COVID-19 situation is disrupting many of our regular activities. It is unclear how widespread and deeply this will affect our economy. Governor Cuomo of New York has declared a state emergency; the World Health Organization(WHO) has officially designated the current situation as a pandemic. No question this pandemic will have a large economic impact on our area and globally. The Hispanic Chamber will use this space to bring updates to help our business people as they plan their responses.
